Week 4 begins.

Ok. I think I've stopped feeling sorry for myself and have convinced myself to keep at it.



I can definitely see changes in my upper body but not my lower body as yet.I haven't got any one say my body is changing, I guess I have to wait till 8 weeks for that...

I just finished cooking the Ratatouille dish, I love vegetables so looking forward to the dish on Tuesday night.

Below are just some of the ingredients - eggplant, zucchini, capsicum, onion.


 Thought I'd share what snacks I've chosen because I find them yummy and feeling. I tried just eating nuts but it did not feel me up at all. I was still starving by the afternoon.





Ok. I'll update you after weigh in Wednesday. ...
