Consistency.


I just finished watching the latest video from MB and I really needed that. She talks about how there is no such thing as motivation, its consistency that will get you through. 

 It doesn't matter if you're motivated or not, you just need to keep at it no matter what. She speaks about few things we need to strengthen. She talks about flexing our will power, to control our urge to have that 'sweet' or to say no to certain foods. The more we try the more easier it is and it'll become a habit. 

The past few weeks, I have used tea to overcome chocolate and any sweet cravings. 

I need to really try harder during the weekends. Much harder
