1st day.. and we're off!

Ok. I have to say its a bit overwhelming the whole thing!

The whole buying groceries, things I've never even heard of, to cooking...

I managed to cook the Cajun Fish Soup and surprisingly it was really yummy! I don't like spicy so I only added 1/2 a teaspoon of the cajun spice and it was perfect for me.

I did my normal 6.15am Boxing class, found that I was struggling but glad I did it.

Today I have 'Toning' I'm going to do the Gym Machines after work. I'm excited about it to be quite honest. LOL

For dinner tonight its pumpkin soup and I made that last night. However, I realized that I didn't know how to cut leek! I had to google it!

I've joined.. no turning back now..

 I have decided to join the 12wbt because I've been wanting to loose these 5kgs for over 2 years now and I have never achieved it.

I needed to do something different, to change.

 It took me a while to sign up, because I didn't have the money and I wasn't sure if it was worth it. I asked questions, I read reviews and in the end I decided to take this challenge.

I will follow the nutrition plan as accurately as possible and will follow the exercise plan.

I have made this commitment to myself.


A lot of close friends and family say that I don't need to lose weight and I'm not fat. I know that I'm not fat. However, to know I can achieve this, it'll give me the courage to pursue other dreams and to know that I can accomplish anything if I just put my whole mind and heart into it.

My Husband has decided to do this 12wbt challenge with me, but not following their exercise plans just their nutrition plans. I think this will be good for both of us. He will learn to eat healthier foods! =)


So I'm ready. I will wait 10am for the nutrition plan set out by the 12wbt and the exercise plans and fit into my diary.

Let's do this!
