Ok. I have to say its a bit overwhelming the whole thing!
The whole buying groceries, things I've never even heard of, to cooking...
I managed to cook the Cajun Fish Soup and surprisingly it was really yummy! I don't like spicy so I only added 1/2 a teaspoon of the cajun spice and it was perfect for me.
I did my normal 6.15am Boxing class, found that I was struggling but glad I did it.
Today I have 'Toning' I'm going to do the Gym Machines after work. I'm excited about it to be quite honest. LOL
For dinner tonight its pumpkin soup and I made that last night. However, I realized that I didn't know how to cut leek! I had to google it!
